Who I sit with most
Three groups of people make up most of my practice. If you recognize yourself in more than one of them, you are in good company.
The overlap is the point
Athletes, people struggling with food and body, and high achievers are not three separate populations. They overlap constantly, and the same drive that makes someone excellent at their sport or their job is frequently the same drive that turns on them.
The discipline that gets an athlete out of bed at five is not different in kind from the discipline that turns into rigid food rules. The standards that make someone exceptional at work are the standards that make rest feel unearned.
You do not have to pick the right category before reaching out. These pages exist to help you recognize yourself, not to sort you into a box before we have spoken.

Therapy & Mental Skills for Athletes
Current, injured, and retired athletes. The performance work and the human underneath it, in the same room.
Eating Disorders
If food, movement, or your body has taken up more of your head than you want it to, you are in the right place.
Perfectionism & High Achievers
For the people who look like they have it handled, and are exhausted by what it costs.

Who comes here
Different people, one underlying pattern
The athlete, the person in recovery, and the high achiever who looks fine on paper are usually wrestling with the same thing: a standard that stopped being theirs.
Also welcome
Beyond the three
What else I treat
The athlete eating disorder population is my most specialized area of expertise, but I work with all individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, relative energy deficiency, unhealthy exercise, and body image concerns.
I am also proficient in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, identity issues, perfectionism, and trauma. Many people arrive for one of those and find the others were connected.
Who is in the room
I work with individuals ages 15 and up. For minors, a family component is common, and we decide together what level of parental involvement makes sense case by case.
I also work with athletes who have no disordered eating at all and simply want support with performance. That is a completely legitimate reason to be here.
Sorting yourself
If more than one of these fits
Then you are the person this practice was built for, and you do not have to choose a page. These three overlap so consistently that treating them separately would be artificial.
