Terms of Use
The terms that apply to using this website, and the important limits on what it can offer you.
Educational information, not treatment
Everything on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical or psychological advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for treatment by a qualified professional.
Reading this site, contacting the practice, or booking a consultation does not create a therapist and client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and Dr. Landis have agreed to work together and you have completed the practice's intake paperwork.
Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
Emergencies
This site cannot help in a crisis
This website is not monitored and cannot respond to emergencies. If you are in crisis or concerned about your safety, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or dial 911.
Using the site
Content, links, and accuracy
Text, images, and design on this site belong to Harbor Counseling and Psychological Services unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to read and share links to it. Please do not reproduce substantial portions without permission.
The site links to outside organizations and resources as a convenience. Those links do not imply endorsement of everything they contain, and the practice is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Information here is offered in good faith and reviewed periodically, but no guarantee is made that everything is current or complete. Clinical practice and regulations change.
Scope of practice
Where services can be provided
Dr. Landis is a licensed psychologist and may only provide services to clients physically located in states where she is authorized to practice, including Florida and participating PSYPACT states.
Availability of a page on this website does not by itself mean services can be provided in your location. That is confirmed during the consultation.
